All I Need
a short film inspired by a true generational story of survival and compassion, filmed on location in Armenia.
Produced as a humanist work rather than a political statement, the film explores how one act of kindness—an Armenian man hidden by a Turkish friend during an occupation—created an entire future lineage, including the film’s writer-director.
I served as Executive Producer and Producer, providing initial funding and overseeing production logistics, financing, and post-production collaboration. The film was shot with a local crew over several days and features a single performer playing multiple roles, supported by subtle compositing and visual effects.
The film screened internationally and unexpectedly drew global press attention after being misinterpreted as political—highlighting the fragile line between story, history, and perception.
