Ed Sheeran — X Anniversary Live Show

The X Anniversary show at Barclays Center was a one-night, large-scale live production celebrating a milestone album moment.

I served as Commissioner and Producer, overseeing the project from creative alignment through execution. The goal was to capture a major live moment with cinematic intention—while working within a significantly leaner production framework than a typical arena-scale shoot.

The project was directed by Ed Sheeran’s longtime personal videographer, and my role centered on assembling the right creative and technical partners, structuring the production, and making the show viable at scale. This included coordinating crews, negotiating rentals, sourcing and managing a multi-camera setup, and solving on-the-ground production challenges in real time.
